LaToya Jones-Herbert


LaToya Jones-Herbert is the CEO of LTJ Music Group, LLC, and the visionary of the Young Artist Development Program. She is a business minded individual with the ability to create, innovate, inspire and motivate.  At the age of 13, she started her first business called Urban Dynasty. This business had been her main focus throughout her Middle School and High School years. LaToya founded the LTJ Music Group in 2009 which is the mother company of YADP. Currently, She is a vocal instructor and she operates as an independent gospel music artist who writes lyrics and assists in the production of her own music. She has been diligently operating in this capacity for over 8 years. She released her full- length album entitled “Victorious” in 2012 (now on iTunes,, Google Play, etc) which was accompanied by a book released early 2014 entitled “Victorious, the story behind the song.” On Dec 23, 2014, She released a single from her upcoming album entitled “Transition.” She has traveled nationally and internationally performing for various audiences with original songs. Therefore, she can say without a doubt that she has experienced, first hand, the life changing power of music!

Neville A. Herbert aka "Mr. A"

Neville Anthony Herbert is an experienced musician who has played both locally and abroad for over 10 years. He teaches basic drumming and is the full time drummer at his church. Neville is currently a paraprofessional in the NYC DOE, he is dedicated to positively influencing the lives of the next generation through music and motivational mentoring.
